A graduate of Insurance from Lagos State Polytechnic (Upper Credit Level), Mrs. Olufawo has deepened her professional credentials as an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN) and a registered member of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers (NCRIB). Her dedication to excellence and continuous growth positions her as a transformative leader, steering the company with clarity, foresight, and purpose.

My experience

Mrs. Olufawo’s career began in 1996 at Banex Group Limited, where she served as Manager of Insurance Operations—laying a strong foundation in underwriting and risk assessment. In 2001, she advanced to Boof African Insurance Brokers Ltd as Manager - Technical, where she honed her expertise in corporate insurance management and specialized solutions.
With over two decades of industry experience, she has mastered the balance between academic rigor, hands-on exposure, and executive leadership. Her strategic acumen and deep sector knowledge empower FCGIB to deliver tailored insurance solutions that foster long-term security and business resilience..
